Terms of Use

Last updated: July 9, 2026

By using the Afham platform ("the Platform", "the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the Platform.

Afham is an online educational platform that lets elementary and secondary students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ask questions about their curriculum and receive answers grounded exclusively in the text of official Ministry of Education textbooks, through an account managed by an adult parent. The Platform also lets teachers generate worksheets and exams built on the same curriculum.

The Service is a study aid, not a substitute for the official curriculum or for a teacher.

Creating an account on the Platform is limited to adults (a parent or a teacher). Children may never create an independent account; instead, the adult parent creates a "child profile" — name and grade level only — under their own account, and the child uses the Platform under their parent's full supervision and responsibility.

By creating an account, you represent that you are an adult with full legal capacity to enter into agreements under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Acceptable use

Use of the Platform is limited to legitimate educational purposes. In particular, it is prohibited to:

  • Use the Platform for anything outside curriculum-related study questions on the Saudi curriculum or generating legitimate educational documents.
  • Attempt to scrape the Platform's data or content, or access it using automated tools or bots, without our express written permission.
  • Abuse the Service, including sending excessive requests intended to overload our servers, attempting to circumvent free-tier usage limits, or impersonating another user.
  • Share your account credentials with others, create fake accounts, or enter inaccurate information about your child's profile.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account. Please notify us immediately using the contact details below if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

Asking questions is entirely free for parents. Teachers get a limited number of free generations per day (worksheets and exams); a teacher may subscribe to a paid plan to raise that limit.

Once payments go live, all payments are processed through a specialized, licensed third-party payment processor, and we never store your card data on our own servers. Prices and plan limits are subject to change, and we will notify you of any material change before it takes effect. Amounts paid for a current subscription period are non-refundable except where required by law; for any billing question, contact us using the details below.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform's software, design, and trademark are owned by the Platform operator. The textbook content underlying the generated answers and documents is owned by the Ministry of Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we use it strictly as a reference for educational-assistance purposes, with no claim of ownership over it.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the generated answers and documents for their own personal educational purposes only.

The answers, worksheets, and exams generated by the Platform are AI-based study aids and may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies, despite being grounded in official textbook text and passing internal verification.

This output is not a substitute for the official curriculum or for a teacher's role, and parents or teachers must review any generated answer or document before relying on it fully, particularly in formal assessment contexts.

The Service is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranties as to its accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform operator bears no liability for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use of the Platform or reliance on its generated content, including without limitation any academic or assessment outcomes.

You may stop using the Platform at any time by deleting your account from account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in use that endangers the Platform or its other users.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any material change on this page and update the "last updated" date above; continued use of the Platform after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of it.

For any question about these Terms, email us at support@fahhamni.com.
